- invoice 30 days net (companies / public institutions / regular customers)

Return policy
If the goods have not been opened/used, a return and exchange policy of 14 days applies.

Cancellation
The order can be canceled by mail to sales@yubikey.ch.

If the goods are ordered on prepayment and not paid within 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Prices, terms of payment Switzerland and Liechtenstein: The prices quoted include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Excluding VAT, shipping costs and any other fees (e.g. customs duties, customs clearance).
